It's the intermediate of PF-07321332 Paxlovid (CAS 2628280-40-8) and Boceprevir (CAS 394730-60-0). PF-07321332 is a potent and orally active SARS-CoV 3C-like protease (3CLPRO) inhibitor . PF-07321332 targets to the SARS-CoV-2 virus and can be used for COVID-19 reseacrch. Boceprevir (INN, trade name Victrelis) is a protease inhibitor used as a treatment for hepatitis C genotype 1. It binds to HCV nonstructural 3 NS3 (HCV) active site. It was being developed by Schering-Plough, but is now being developed by Merck since Schering was acquired in 2009. It was approved by the FDA on May 13, 2011.
